100% Organic Matcha Green Tea (Ceremonial Grade) from Japan

Suggested Use: add hot water (not boiling) to 5 grams (+1 teaspoon) of Matcha in a cup. Add a small amount of water to start. Whisk vigorously into a paste and add remaining water. Whisk and make it almost foamy on top. enjoy!

Matcha Yogurt Breakfast Bowl

Serves one

Ingredients:

  • 150-200ml yogurt of choice (as a general rule, Greek yogurt has the most protein)
  • 1 tsp Namaste Pure Organic Matcha Green Tea
  • 1 blood orange or other orange (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 Palmful of walnuts, pecans or almonds – chopped if you like
  • Honey or maple syrup to taste

Instructions:

Add the yogurt to a mixing jug or bowl and sprinkle over the matcha and drizzle in a little honey or maple syrup; whisk in thoroughly. Pour into a serving bowl and top with sliced blood oranges and crumbled walnuts. Eat immediately.
